And here the role of the family and parents cannot be overestimated, – said the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergei Kravtso

The procedure of the “adult” exam itself looks exactly the same as the USE for schoolchildren: registration, frames, phones handed over and personal belongings …

The only difference is that the work option itself is shortened, it is designed not for 3-4 hours, but for 30 minutes, while parents can get acquainted with tasks of different types.

This year, abbreviated versions of exam papers in both compulsory subjects – Russian language and mathematics – were developed for the campaign “One day for passing the exam by parents”.

In Moscow, the protesters take the Unified State Exam in Russian. Together with the head of Rosobrnadzor, Sergei Kravtsov, Russian actress, member of the KVN team “Pyatigorsk National Team” Elena Borshcheva, musician Igor Butman, teacher of social studies and law, absolute winner of the All-Russian competition “Teacher of the Year of Russia – 2018” Alikhan Dinaev came to take exams in the capital’s school No. 1284, politician Gennady Onishchenko, host of the “Reflection” program on the OTR channel Konstantin Churikov.

“When preparing for the Unified State Exam, not only the knowledge with which the children will come to the exams, but also the correct psychological attitude and self-confidence are of great importance. And here the role of the family and parents cannot be overestimated, – said the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergei Kravtsov. – We conceived and implemented this action so that parents could try everything for themselves, understand that there is nothing terrible and unbearable in the exam, get acquainted with the rules and procedure of the exam and explain them to their children. Starting this year, we have been using a new technology for passing the Unified State Exam, which allows us to print CMMs directly in classrooms, then scan the answers and send the results. “

It is important that every graduate understands the requirements for the exam and, of course, does not forget about studies.

“The most important thing is that if you study well, then there will be no problems in passing the exam,” concluded Sergei Kravtsov.

“I am a mother of two daughters, my eldest will very soon take final exams in the ninth grade, then the Unified State Exam,” said Elena Borshcheva. “I’m wondering what it’s like to take the exam. And I want to check everything myself ”.

The winner of the Teacher of the Year of Russia – 2018 competition, Alikhan Dinaev, joked that if he writes the exam poorly, his students will not forgive it, so he will try to give 100 percent. “It seems to me that this is a very good and correct action, thanks to which we, parents and teachers, can ourselves feel what our students are experiencing, and thereby help them prepare for exams,” Alikhan Dinaev concluded. For reference: For the first time, the action “All-Russian day for passing the exam by parents” took place in February 2017. On the day of the start, February 7, more than three thousand parents from 50 regions of Russia took the Unified State Exam.

In 2018, the campaign was launched in Crimea, with the participation of the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergey Kravtsov and the head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov. The holding of the action in Crimea helped the residents of Crimea to become better acquainted with the USE procedure before its introduction on the peninsula in 2019 into the regular mode.

August is the final month of summer holidays. How do the children who remain in the city spend them? The correspondent of the portal “Russian Education” was told about this in the press service of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the city of Moscow, where a special project “Moscow Smena” has been implemented for several years.

How many children are covered by the Moscow Smena project in the summer of 2019?

It is planned that about 25 thousand Moscow children aged from 7 to 14 years old, including children with disabilities, will have a rest in the three summer months under the Moscow Smena program of active children’s recreation.

The program is being implemented on the basis of 246 sites of organizations of the Department of Education, the Department of Sports and the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Moscow population.

The first shift took place on the grounds of schools, sports and social protection institutions. During the second shift, the children rested in social welfare and sports organizations. The third shift is organized as a social one, and all events take place in social welfare institutions.

How has interest in the project grown since 2016? Do the children who participated in one shift come to the next shift or the next year?

The Moscow Smena program was launched in the summer of 2016 and immediately gained popularity among both children and parents. It gives the children the opportunity not only to relax during the summer holidays, but also to learn a lot of new things. This format of children’s recreation is especially relevant for families who, for some reason, cannot send a child to a country camp or to a grandmother in the village. An extensive educational and developmental program has been prepared at the playgrounds for children, which includes cultural and sports events, visits to museums, theaters, concerts and major attractions of the capital, master classes, meetings with interesting people and much more.

About 30–40% of children who have attended the “Moscow shift” come the next year. Since 2016, the number of participants in the program has grown by about 2,000 children.

The interest in the program and its increasing popularity is evidenced by the fact that since 2019 the program of active children’s recreation “Moscow Smena” has become permanent (Decree of the Moscow Government of May 21, 2019 No. 527-PP).

It is known that for some reason a child may be expelled from the camp. Have there already been cases of expulsion and can another child get to the place of the expulsion?

A child may cease to be a member of the Moscow Smena program: upon the personal application of the parents; if the child has not attended the shift for more than 3 working days in a row and has not provided a certificate from a medical organization; if an agreement has been concluded on the provision of services for the organization of a child’s city recreation with another institution, on the basis of which the “Moscow shift” is also organized.

If the child leaves, another child may be taken to the vacant seat.

Is the number of shift participants limited and for which shift is the demand higher?

City children’s recreation in 2019 is designed for 25 thousand children. The Moscow shift was held on the basis of 132 educational institutions (1st shift), in 27 physical culture and sports organizations (1st and 2nd shifts), on the basis of 87 social service organizations (1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts). The number of participants in a shift at each point is determined by its capacity, the area of the organization where the shift is implemented, and the sanitary and epidemiological norms for placing children in organizations of this type.

Demand is usually higher for the first shift. Later, the children go on vacation with their parents.

The addresses of the sites and the number of participants in each of them can be found at Where can parents get information about the upcoming shifts? All information about the upcoming shifts is posted on the portal Accessibility of Moskovskaya Smena ☞As a matter of priority, the Moskovskaya Smena program focuses on children who live in families in difficult life situations, large and low-income families, as well as in families raising children with disabilities.

☞In order to become a member of the Moscow Smena program, you should write an application and collect the necessary documents. An application for the enrollment of a child is submitted by a parent or other legal representative of the child upon personal contact with the state organization of his choice, where the Moscow shift program is being implemented, no later than three working days before the start date of the city children’s rest shift. The application must be accompanied by: a document proving the identity of the parent or other legal representative of the child, and a document confirming the powers of another legal representative; a child’s birth certificate or other document confirming the fact of the child’s birth and registration; medical certificate in the form 079 / y.

☞If parents want to assign a child to the “Moscow shift”, organized on the basis of the social organization in which he receives services at the place of residence, it is enough to write an application on the child’s enrollment at the place of receiving social services within the prescribed time limit. It is not necessary to provide additional documents.
